Advanced BIM Professional

Course Objective

This course focuses on producing professional-grade Construction Documents (CD) based on a 3-story concrete building model. Students will master the transition from 3D physical modeling to technical documentation and ultimately learn to develop a precise Analytical Model, establishing a critical bridge for downstream structural analysis.

  1. Professional Detailing & Documentation: Master advanced detailing for foundations, slabs, and framing systems to produce industry-standard construction drawings.

  2. Data-Driven BIM Management: Leverage advanced schedules and material takeoff functions to extract precise engineering data and manage project quantities.

  3. Analytical Model Integrity: Develop a high-fidelity Analytical Model by defining nodes and boundary conditions, ensuring the model is fully prepared for Robot Structural Analysis.
